Serendipity at Dopplr

October 29th, 2008 · 2 Comments · Serendipity, Small Companies

“Serendipity is looking in a haystack for a needle and discovering a farmer’s daughter.”
- Julius Comroe Jr.

The trendy folks at Dopplr have tried to build elements of serendipity into their online service for frequent business fliers. The idea is that you put your travel information into the system and it tells you which of your friends live nearby, who will be there when you get there and even who you’ll just miss!

If we all start using Dopplr then there is more chance that we’ll have lovely “Dopplr moments“.
